Acorn Lodge is your perfect large house accommodation and holiday destination in Harrogate. Whether you are planning a trip with family, friends or for a business meeting, our spacious, elegant and well equipped home is designed to meet all your needs. Located in the town centre but in the quietest, most peaceful cul de sac, Acorn Lodge offers easy access to all the attractions of Harrogate from its beautiful Victorian buildings to its lively town centre with fabulous restaurants and stunning gardens.
Our property is perfect for large groups or more intimate gatherings. It has seven bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and inviting communal spaces such as the living room, dining room and large fully equipped kitchen. The house can cater comfortably for up to 13 guests, ensuring everyone has enough space to relax and enjoy their stay. Children are most welcome, as are well behaved dogs.

The house is already heated when you arrive and you are invited in with a sumptuous welcome hamper full of goodies to start you off. Our home is your home for your stay with us, and we seek to provide our guests with a personal and authentic experience.

What time is Check In?
Check in is from 4pm. Parking is available from 12 noon.
How do I check in?
We ask that you complete a registration form online and let us know a time of arrival and guest information.
We have a lock box containing the keys and we will text or email the code prior to arrival.
What time is check out?
Check out is by 10.00am. Please ensure you leave the keys back in the lock box.
What about parking?
We have a small car park for up to 4 cars. Permits are available for more if needed.
What are your Terms and Conditions?

A security deposit of £500 is due on booking, you can pay on card or bank transfer or on our booking site securely.
Once the deposit is processed you will receive confirmation from our system.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
We have a digital guidebook with information and recommendations for restaurants, bars, activities and attractions personally chosen by us.

Our rooms are usually set up as follows:
First Floor
Room 1 – Twin with en-suite shower room
Room 2 – Double with en-suite (whirlpool bath with shower over)
Room 3 – Single with separate family bathroom
Room 4 – Twin with en-suite shower
Second Floor
Room 5 – Small Attic Twin with en-suite shower
Room 6 – Attic Double with whirlpool bath (Velux windows)
Room 7 – Twin with En-Suite shower
Towels and Bedding included. We ask that you strip beds and put bedding and towels in laundry bags at the end of your stay.
Small well behaved dogs welcome. Please note there is no enclosed area for dogs. There is a park at the bottom of the street and the Valley Gardens and Pinewoods are a 15 minute walk away.
