Cosy Acorn Lodge in Harrogate
We have fully refurbished Acorn Lodge, and also built our own accommodation in the old Coach House at the rear of the building. We are proud to provide a warm welcome, comfortable and stylish rooms with little extra touches like whirlpool baths in some of the rooms whilst maintaining the original features of this beautiful Edwardian property. Our location is perfectly placed for walking into town or the conference centre, in a lovely quiet, tree-lined residential street.
Comfortable lounge, dining with seating for 12 and kitchen when booking the house for exclusive use for groups of family or friends.

Booking Information
Arrivals and departure
- Check in from 4pm.
- Self check in available.
- Check out is by 11am. Later checkout can be arranged for a fee.

Bookings
All Bookings (“Bookings”) are personal and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred. Bookings must be guaranteed by a major credit or debit card.
A minimum stay may apply at weekends and busy periods.
Cancellations and Amendments
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to the day of arrival, after which the full amount is payable. If you have booked via a third party different policies may apply.
If, for any reason, a Booking has to be cancelled a cancellation number will be given. This must be retained or the full contract price will be charged for non-arrivals.
Due to the outbreak of Corona Virus we will be as flexible as possible and offer a different equivalent date or credit for a future stay.
Insurance
Guests are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
Children
Children can be accommodated when booking Acorn Lodge for sole use as a group.
Free Parking
- Parking is free from time of check in to 12 noon on day of departure.
- Parking out of these times by prior arrangement and may be subject to a small extra charge.
- Acorn Lodge does not accept responsibility for damage to, or for theft from, or for theft of vehicles parked on Hotel premises.
