Arrivals and departure
Check in from 4pm. Earlier check in by prior arrangement subject to availability.
Self check in available.
Check out is by 10am. Later checkout can be arranged for a fee.

Rates
Rates and deposits vary from time to time.
This may differ if you have booked via a third party.
Discounts for bookings of 7 days or more.
Midweek Special Rates Mon-Fri 4 Nights
Minimum 3 night stays apply at weekends.

Bookings
All Bookings (“Bookings”) are personal and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred. Bookings must be guaranteed by a major credit or debit card.

A minimum stay may apply at weekends and busy periods.

Children and Dogs
Children can be accommodated when booking Acorn Lodge for sole use as a group. Extra beds/cot can be provided at a small charge.

Small, well behaved dogs allowed for a fee of £30. Dogs must not be left alone in the house or allowed on furniture and beds. Please bring your own dog bed/crate.

Insurance
Guests are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.

Free Parking
Parking is free from time of check in to 12 noon on day of departure.
Parking out of these times by prior arrangement and may be subject to a small extra charge.
Acorn Lodge does not accept responsibility for damage to, or for theft from, or for theft of vehicles parked on Hotel premises.
